VIKING COAT — endurance without prerequisites
Built for harsh climates. Applied without negotiation.
VIKING COAT is a high-density coating developed
for environments where surfaces are exposed daily —
cold, moisture, salt, and constant abrasion.
Engineered in the POLISHANGEL® German laboratory,
the formula combines elevated concentrations of
silica and titanium dioxide
to form a dense, corrosion-resistant structure
with pronounced optical stability.
Compared to COSMIC, VIKING COAT increases silica content by 5%
and titanium dioxide by 10%.
The result is a surface that feels smoother,
beads water more decisively,
and maintains a cooler, glass-like clarity under stress.
No dedicated primer is required.
The coating bonds reliably over any properly finished surface,
removing an entire variable from the process.
Why VIKING COAT
-
Primer-independent bonding:
Compatible with any finishing polish for direct application.
-
High-density formulation:
Built to resist corrosion, environmental fallout, and seasonal wear.
-
Glass-like surface behavior:
High clarity with controlled, stable gloss.
-
Hydrophobic response:
Water beads form quickly and release cleanly.
-
Refined surface feel:
Noticeably slick, even after repeated exposure.
-
Rapid curing:
Ready for exposure within 3 hours.
Application
-
Shake well before use.
Ensure the surface is cool, clean, and contaminant-free.
-
Apply sparingly using a COSMIC Applicator Pad
with light, controlled motions.
-
Allow to set for approximately 45 minutes.
-
Buff gently to a clear, settled finish.
-
For increased durability and depth,
apply a second layer after 2 hours.
Maintain with VIKING SPRITZ
to preserve surface consistency and long-term behavior.
VIKING COAT is not a delicate coating.
It is designed to be applied once —
and relied on.
